South of Ardèche has an exceptionnal heritage. Very touristic, the  Réserve Naturelle Nationale des Gorges de l’Ardèche (RNNGA) has been protected since 1980, including Pont d’Arc and the Gorges. More than 1000 animal and vegetal species are protected like the Eagle of Bonelli.

Nature, rich history, river, sports, culture... You can only fall in love with this amazing region.

Sporty activities in nature

Among the activities to do in Ardèche, the descent by canoe-kayak remains a must as one of our partners, Loulou Bâteaux (10 minutes from the park). No need to hurry, you have the time you want to enjoy your canoe, swim, picnic and especially discover the Pont d'Arc from a unique point of view. For the youngest sportsmen, what better way to fill up on sensations at the Indy Parc tree climbing park. From 4 years old, with family or friends, relive the adventures of Tarzan thanks to the daring routes and its large zip lines.

If you like hiking, we recommend the Gorges de l'Ardèche tourist route. Since 1959, you can walk along the Nature Reserve, admire the exceptional views and even meet goats in the middle of the road. Other trails are more marked and allow you to cool off in the river. For more information, you can visit the website of the Pont-d'Arc-Ardèche Tourist Office (10 minutes from the park).

If a speleologist character lingers in you, do not hesitate to follow the signposted route accessible to all of Aven Grotte Forestière. A must-see in the region and 15 minutes from the park, your children will learn to recognize a stalactite of a stalagmite with their headlamps, mini-games and even fossil workshops.

And finally, if you want to discover the basics of horseback riding, perfect yourself during a training course or simply let yourself be lulled by a pleasant ride on horseback, do not hesitate to contact the Equestre Centre of Rouret.

Live micro-adventures in this beautiful region while cultivating yourself with the Château des Roure, dating from the 15th century and which is one of the witnesses of the wars of religion. With its authentic rooms and silkworm breeding, meet the Ghost of Oblivion and witness the trebuchet firing demonstrations. Only 10 minutes from the park!

Family Cultural activities

 Unusual activites

Meet Aurélie and Olivier to learn how to survive in nature with your kids. A nice way to share moments in family and be in the contact of nature, feeling a bit like Robinson Crusoe. Discover Eingana : une expérience de survie douce at 20 minutes from the park.

The Villa Font Vive is a 3 guest rooms place in Southern Ardèche, in Grospierres, ideally placed to discover the treasures of the region.

The charming guest rooms all have direct access to the swimming pool and the landscaped garden, a true haven of peace.

For an unusual family stay in Ardèche, or a romantic weekend with your lover, Villa Font Vive also offers a nice trailer fully equipped.
